1. Nature of Services

The Atlas House LLC provides travel planning, consultation, and assistance services. All services are digital and customized based on customer preferences and requirements.

Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are limited as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. Before Work Has Started

Customers may request a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided that work on the service has not yet begun.

b. After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced (including research, planning, or consultation scheduling), refunds are not guaranteed.

Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion based on:

  • The stage of completion

  • Work already delivered

  • Time and resources invested

c. After Delivery

Once a service has been fully delivered (including travel plans, itineraries, or consultation sessions), no refunds will be issued.

3. Revisions Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction.

  • Minor revisions are included for most services

  • Customers may request reasonable adjustments within 3 days of delivery

  • Major changes or complete reworks may require an additional fee

4. Cancellation Policy

a. Consultation Services

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

b. Ongoing Services

If a service is cancelled after work has begun, any refund will be partial and based on work completed

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Atlas House LLC does not process or handle bookings or payments on behalf of customers.

We provide recommendations and assistance only. Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for third-party cancellations, delays, or service issues

  • Refunds related to third-party providers must be requested directly from those providers

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Submission of evidence to dispute the chargeback
